The PSPOA will hold a Special Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on September 22 at Lake Talquin Baptist Church to vote on the proposed amendment to our Restrictive Covenants.
Following our 2026 Annual Meeting, the Board’s intention was to conduct the vote through a mail-in ballot process. However, after further review, we learned that Florida law does not permit mail-in ballots for this type of vote and instead requires voting to take place in person at a duly noticed meeting.
All property owners have been sent [via EMAIL] the proposed amendment and supporting documents for review prior to the meeting.
