At the Parramore Shores Property Owners’ Association Special Meeting held on May 21, 2024, the members present at the meeting approved, effective immediately, to extend the moratorium until the annual meeting to be held in March 2025, on short-term rentals being operated within the Parramore Shores subdivision except for those three properties already operating as short-term rentals. They are located at 2873 Parramore Shores Road, 2945 Parramore Shores Road, and 22517 Frances Way.
