At the Parramore Shores Property Owners’ Association Special Meeting held on November 9, 2023, the members present at the meeting unanimously approved, effective immediately, a six-month moratorium on short-term rentals being operated within the Parramore Shores subdivision except for those three properties already operating as short-term rentals. They are located at 2873 Parramore Shores Road, 2945 Parramore Shores Road and 22517 Frances Way.
